Fail-closed contig fidelity (run/assemble/report selected error on unverified constructs unless --allow-canonical-fallback; QC severity keyed off provenance) — #241/#243/#244. Per-J α junction from the donor's own contig-verified clones (cohort consensus; germline-only path verified infeasible) — #242. Dual-α surfacing: dual_alpha/alpha_count/CDR3_alpha_2 + report rollup — #237. Closes #236/#241/#242/#243/#244/#237. Behavior change: synthesis-ready output now fails closed without contig verification. Suite 1891 passed.
