Sanity-check bug fixes (condition substring conflation, NaN-selection, call_positive NaN, allele-picker fraction, divergence reporting, novel-allele aggregation, max_conditions sentinel, tier strictness, condition-col fallback, fdr warning, CSV leading-zeros, mnemonic exit, loader/qc). Features: select --prism --tie-break (#229) + coverage rescue (#228). Report: single Selection: header, reformatted conditions, numbered dual-alpha variants. Validation: CDR3 column synonym canonicalization. 29 regression tests; suite 1868 passed. Closes #228, closes #229.
