2.40.0: GEX-inclusive percentile-rank (PRISM) ranking in select routes (#193) (#194)

Add percentile_rank_score + a route rank_by: {percentile_rank: [...]} option (with --clone-scores) so a select route reproduces PRISM (ppost + GEX terms) as a deliberate config choice vs the #146 freq+low-Ppost route. Frequency routes unchanged. Closes #193.
