2.38.0: native selected-clones report — tcrsift report selected (#188) (#191)

A 'tcrsift report selected' command that assembles a selected clone set into selected_clones_sequences.pdf + CSV + QC, with both alpha-variants for merged dual-alpha clones (co-expressing cell) and #184-correct VDJ. Closes #188.
