2.35.0: tcrsift report bundle — cohort figure PDF (#123) (#186)

Fold the hand-written make_figure_set.py into a 'tcrsift report bundle' command: concatenate per-run figures into one categorized multi-donor vector PDF (PNG fallback). Verified against the 3-donor pilot output. Advances #123.
