Robust never-zero Pgen/Ppost via data-driven k-mer backends (order-2 gene-agnostic default; gene-aware + TCRpeg optional), trained on external neutral references (OLGA-synthetic pgen; pooled 10x healthy-PBMC ppost). annotate_tcrs API + PRISM selection; shared IMGT gene canonicalizer + central Ensembl->HGNC resolver; tcrsift pgen fetch/train/annotate lifecycle; deps unified into pyproject.
