2.19.1: fix #129 — self-corrected qc_warnings abort tcrsift run (#147)

validate_sequences surfaces assembler qc_warnings as informational (not load-bearing), so self-corrected notes no longer abort run at the PDF step; run uses strict="skip" for the sequence PDF. Genuine structural failures remain load-bearing. Closes #129.
