2.17.0: gene-signature selection methods + exclude_viral default on (#138)

exclude_viral defaults ON (audit CSV + funnel still surface drops). New tcrsift.signature_methods turns gene signatures into synthetic selection methods (score -> call-positive -> emit clone-sample-long rows); two axes TumorReactive + AntigenExperienced composed from canonical tcrsift.signatures sets. Rules use a signature like a sort. +tests.
