2.12.0: annotated sequence PDF — per-method evidence + selection route (#123/#125) (#133)

extract_per_method_evidence + build_pdf_annotations data helpers (covered) and create_tcr_sequence_pdf annotations param; run overlays per-method evidence + selection route on its sequence PDF when method data is present. #125 increment 6. (Coverage dip is the reportlab-gated rendering lines, uncoverable on CI; data layer is tested.)
