select_from_clone_sample_long end-to-end wrapper; free-form config.selection section (fixed merge dropping nested keys); run emits selected_clones.csv (route columns + full_sequences, ordered by global_rank) when selection.routes is configured. B1-2-shaped schema checkpoint test validates routes before the file bakes in. #125 increment 5.
