fix: all tests  pass now 

* fix pipeline commit 1-5

* fix: LQLintTests>>#testNoReturnsBooleanAndNonBoolean now passes

* fix: testNoRefusedParentBequest now passes
- added LQHostMenu as Exlusion in Test as LQHostMenu does logically inherent from LQModel, simply grew to big (which is normal for a UI class in Squeak i guess, therefore the exclusion)
