fix: correct Announce(Delete) tests to use remote category and post

- Use remote category (helpers.mocks.group + assertGroup) as Announce actor
- Create remote note addressed to the remote category via audience
- Assert note so post is posted to the remote category
- Announce Delete from remote category (not person) to match post's category
- This ensures the invalid-cid check passes and tests the real remote flow
