Fix broken outline shape on the top-left side of the map

When the curve start on the west and goes due east, it never crosses the
-180° longitude at the northern side, and thus never gets an opportunity
to add the missing point on the western border. This results in closing
the path by a diagonal line, which is wrong.

This patch adds a point at the end that repeats the starting point,
which then does cross the 180° longitude back to the western patch.
