Refactor Iduna structures and update related functionality for improved seed handling and PID sampling

- Changed `SeedSelection` to allow `median_identity` and `mean_identity` to be `Missing`.
- Updated `ThorAxeMSAResult` to use vectors for multiple baseline FASTA and Stockholm files, and changed `best_seed` to `seeds` for handling multiple seeds.
- Modified `IdunaResult` to accommodate multiple expansions and validations.
- Enhanced utility functions to support new structures, including `format_pid_dir`.
- Updated tests to reflect changes in data structures and ensure proper functionality with multiple seeds and PID sampling options.
- Adjusted file paths and summary generation to align with new structures.
