* Testing Ralf's fix for the ODF computations with MTex bumped to todays develop branch

* Ralf's fix worked, kth extrema and noncircular working fine now, tested running with and without compression for 162 Emily Jones example 213.8 MB (compressed) vs 526.6 MB (uncompressed) at about the same run time, so better let us always compress, also increased the maximum size of IPF RGB plots as it seems that newer versions of H5Web and h5grove support larger RGB plots
