refactor: migrate from `log` to `slog` and add `testify`

- Migrated all logging statements to `log/slog` for structured, leveled
  logs.
- Added `github.com/stretchr/testify` for cleaner, more expressive unit
  tests.
- Expanded test coverage for `BoundingBox` parsing.
