Drop empty PULLS column from registry list and search output (#5314)

The Pulls field was removed from the registry metadata struct in
PR #3881, but the PULLS column header was left in the text output
of `thv registry list` and `thv search`. The row format string in
both commands had only 5 column values for a 6-column header, so
the PULLS column always rendered empty.

Remove the dead header. Rationale for the original deprecation is
not stated in PR #3881 or its commits.
