refactor: migrate from zerolog to slog

- Replace `zerolog` with standard library `log/slog` for structured
  logging.
- Integrate `github.com/rm-hull/godx` for enhanced diagnostic reporting.
- Update middleware and handler implementation to use native `slog`
  logger functions.
