fix(moderation): minor inconsistencies and edge cases (#929)

* fix(moderation): address minor inconsistencies and edge cases

- INFO-1: symmetric success message in editwarn (shows reason value)
- INFO-2: pagination footer only hints next page when more results exist
- INFO-8: fix connection pool leak in pollTempbans via finally block
- INFO-9: deduplicate missing-flag-channel warnings in AI auto-mod
- INFO-10: simplify unnecessary if/else in DM notification
- INFO-11: rename misleading _guildConfig to guildConfig (param is used)

* fix(tests): update aiAutoMod assertions for explicit dmOptions arg

sendDmNotification is now always called with dmOptions (undefined when
absent) after simplifying the conditional. Update 3 test assertions to
expect the 5th argument.
