feat(monitor): show nanopub count and test-instance flag

Read Nanopub-Registry-Nanopub-Count / Nanopub-Query-Registry-Nanopub-Count
and the corresponding Test-Instance headers, surface them in the UI and CSV
export. Disparities in count are an easy way to spot registries that are out
of sync with each other, or queries that have fallen behind their upstream
registry. Refactor the registry test branch to a single HTTP request (drops
the RegistryInfo.load dependency) so all relevant headers come from one
response, matching the shape of the query branch.
