Bump version to v0.3.0 and update release notes

- Changed returned result artifact paths under `workdir` to be relative while keeping `IdunaResult.workdir` absolute, making printed result objects and JSON summaries more compact.
- Updated documentation to reflect changes in artifact path handling.
- Modified various functions to support relative paths for artifacts.
- Enhanced tests to verify that returned paths are relative to `workdir`.
