Convert curve calibration enums to Machinist markup

Replace hand-written enum class definitions with Machinist code-generation
markup so the three calibration enums (CurveSolveMode_, CurveParameterization_,
CurveKnotPolicy_) follow the project convention of auto-generated enum types
with String(), Switch(), ListAll(), and comparison operators.

Add enum and Machinist guidance to the code-style rules and the dev workflow
agent to prevent future hand-written enums.
