refactor: apply PR review feedback — rename, a11y, comments

- Rename applyVersion → remountKey for clarity on what the state does
- Add comment explaining why the remount key is needed (AddressField bug)
- Add comment on totalAcross initialization logic
- Change copy-all trigger from <span> to <button> for keyboard accessibility
- Remove unnecessary void operator from onClick handler
