Refactor APIpaths to comply backend changes (merge commit)

Merge branch 'refactor/fix-api-path' into 'main'
* force getConfig to return /api for unit test to pass

* refactor api path, new getConfig file

* add dynamic configuration fetch test and refactor

* try out another way

* sort vite proxy paths
