Refactor CI to a single matrix workflow across compilers and AAD backends

Replace four near-identical per-compiler workflow files with one matrix
workflow spanning clang-18, clang-19, gcc-13, gcc-14 × aadet, xad,
codipack, adept (16 jobs, fail-fast disabled). Drop the redundant
manual gtest build step since gtest is built via the submodule.
