Fix AAD compile definitions in CMake

Use compile definitions for the selectable AAD backends instead of the older\nadd_definitions form so the configuration is applied consistently during\nWindows builds. This also enables the Adept tuning macros needed by the\ncurrent preset-backed Adept configuration.\n\nCo-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
