Add missing encoding/json import

PR #5107 added a json.Marshal call to virtualmcpserver_deployment.go
without importing encoding/json, breaking the build on main:

  cmd/thv-operator/controllers/virtualmcpserver_deployment.go:733:20:
  undefined: json

Add the missing import. No behavior change.
