Refine standard REST response handling and payload structure

- Added constants for core field names in ResponsePayload and ErrorPayload.
   - Implemented ResponsePayload.toEntity() to dynamically include fields based on success status, ensuring 'error' is omitted on success and 'data' is omitted on failure (when null).
   - Refactored DefaultRestResponse to use a centralized resolveData() method and enforced non-null field output for the response envelope by default.
   - Improved consistency between server-side responses and client-side requests.
