Refactor WildcardEngine to fix pattern matching bugs and enhance flexibility

- Completely rewrote the internal matching logic in WildcardEngine to resolve issues where cross-segment wildcards (**) incorrectly consumed subsequent literal parts.
- Enhanced Ant-style matching consistency by making leading "**/", trailing "/**", and middle "/**/" optional, allowing more concise configurations.
- Added comprehensive test cases to WildcardEngineTest to verify the improved logic and ensure no regressions.
