feat(ui): add a canvas for drawing (braille char based) (#239)

Adds a canvas, for pixel based drawings. On top of the canvas there is a viewport (for mapping a custom dimensions canvas onto a physical canvas limited by rows and columns on screen). And to complete it there is an time-series chart.

Features:

- (un)setting individual pixels
- drawing lines, ellipsis, circles, polygons, optionally filled
- scaling (using the viewport)
- time-series graphs

533 of 543 new or added lines in 3 files covered. (98.16%)

3175 of 3526 relevant lines covered (90.05%)
