* :bug: Clarify Docker usage: guard slim_handler and clean up S3 archive on undeploy (#1341)

- Fail fast in deploy/update/save-python-settings-file when a Docker
  deployment targets a stage with slim_handler enabled (writes a stale
  ARCHIVE_PATH into zappa_settings.py and loads old code in the container)
- Remove the <stage>_<project>_current_project.tar.gz archive from S3 on
  undeploy so a redeploy cannot pull stale code
- Document Docker-incompatible settings in the README

* :memo: Update README TOC for Docker slim_handler warning section

Regenerate doctoc-generated TOC to include the new
"Settings that should NOT be used with Docker deployments"
subsection added in c856822. Fixes test_readmetoc failure in CI.
