audit: allow to enable `extract_key` option for particular spaces

The commit extends `audit_spaces` option so that one can set
`extract_key` for each space attribute there. Also, now `audit_spaces`
can accept space with name `"*"` - it's considered as a wildcard.

Also, the commit adds a couple of new helpers to work with `box.cfg`
from C.
