:recycle: 重构注解属性验证方法

- 将 isValid 方法重命名为 canLoad 以更好地反映其功能
- 修改 AnnotationsScanner 中的方法调用以使用新的 canLoad 方法
- 在 AttributeMethods 中更新相关注释和异常处理逻辑
- 添加 ClassUtils.getCanonicalName 工具方法作为类名获取的备选方案
- 更新测试类中的方法名和断言调用以匹配方法重命名
