feat(device): add hyperx battery monitoring (#6)

## Description

Adds HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless battery monitoring and folds shared
device/tray plumbing so hardware paths reuse more common behavior.

## Added

- HyperX hidraw transport, polling, tray support, docs, and tests.
- Shared hidraw sysfs discovery helper for matching VID/PID devices.
- `AGENTS.md` file

## Updated

- Device state comparison and tray formatting/visibility helpers to
reduce duplicated code.
- Comment cleanup across device, UI, Docker, protocol, and self-update
code.
