* docs: update links in documentation to point to prevent redirects and in the case of twig links, link to the proper in-use version of twig based on Timber v1 or v2.
* docs: fix typos
* chore: add typos configuration file for common misspellings
* docs: fix php examples in docs
* ci: only run ecs on actual php files
