:sparkles: 解决会话加载时运行时异常处理问题

- 添加 RuntimeException 捕获处理，防止 ClassCastException、NullPointerException 等异常
- 记录意外错误日志并移除可能损坏的会话文件
- 防止因数据损坏或 bug 导致的重复失败问题
- 统一异常处理逻辑，确保会话加载失败时正确返回 null
