Apply goimports across the tree

Ran goimports -w . over every package. Changes are purely cosmetic:
- consistent import grouping (stdlib / external / local)
- aligned struct-field and comment-block spacing
- reflowed comment formatting where goimports disagreed with the
  original ad-hoc indentation

51 files touched, 225+/206- line delta. go build, go vet, and go
test all still pass.
