Arrow Filtering (#3725)

* added arrow filtering button with tooltip and full functionality

* edited cse machine animation test cases due to new ui element

* ran linter

* Refactor tests and implement clearRenderedLayouts method

- Updated ApplicationWrapper tests to use findByTestId for better readability and timeout handling.
- Changed toggleArrowFilter to call clearRenderedLayouts instead of clearCachedLayouts.
- Added clearRenderedLayouts method to CseMachine to clear memoized rendered nodes while preserving fixed-position caches.
- Introduced a test for clearRenderedLayouts to ensure it preserves used built-in names.

* made changing code; shift + enter; killing CSE machine reset arrow filtering + "select all" button

* feat(arrows): enhance source frame segment path calculations and rendering

* fixed duplicate name
