Fix gomemlimit typo and reduce value below container memory limit (#4610)

The GOMEMLIMIT value (150MiB) exceeded the container memory limit
(128Mi), causing OOM kills before Go GC could reclaim memory. Rename
the misspelled `gomeglimit` field to `gomemlimit` across all chart
files and reduce the default to 110MiB (~85% of 128Mi), following
recommended practice. The OpenShift values (300MiB / 512Mi) only
needed the typo fix.
