Standardize condition type naming for config CRDs (#4588)

Config CRDs validate configuration correctness rather than operational
readiness, so "Valid" is the semantically correct condition type. This
change fixes two inconsistencies before API stabilization:

- MCPOIDCConfig: Change condition type from "Ready" to "Valid" to match
  the other three config CRDs (MCPExternalAuthConfig, MCPTelemetryConfig,
  MCPToolConfig) which already use "Valid"
- All config CRDs: Change printer column label from "Ready" to "Valid"
  so `kubectl get` output accurately reflects the condition being queried
