Refactor CMake configuration to streamline project setup.

Replaced hardcoded paths with dynamic inclusions for better maintainability. Updated GTest handling to use `mb-devenv` utilities, simplifying test setup. Removed redundant `enable_testing` block and enhanced modularity of CMake scripts.
