feat(security): improve project quality and security posture  (#1)

* refactor: add helper interfaces and injection points for testing

* test: add mocked behavioral tests for docker clean command

Add comprehensive security and quality improvements:
- LICENSE: MIT License for legal compliance
- CONTRIBUTORS.md: Contribution guidelines and acknowledgments
- Icon: Redesigned with modern gradient aesthetic
- Fuzzing: Added 3 fuzzing harnesses (config, docker, git)
- SAST: Integrated static analysis (go fmt, go vet, staticcheck)
- Dependencies: Pinned via tools.go for reproducible builds
- Dependabot: Automated weekly dependency updates
- CI/CD: Enhanced test workflow with SAST checks
- CodeQL: Added continuous security scanning workflow
- Tests: Fixed staticcheck issues (unused functions, nil checks)
- Documentation: Updated CLAUDE.md with security infrastructure

Coverage: 92%+ across all packages
All SAST checks passing
All 58+ tests passing
