Decode RFC 2047 encoded words in Name and Filename fields

Raw headers are stored as-is, but extracted convenience fields
(Name, Filename) are decoded via mime.WordDecoder to handle
encoded filenames like =?UTF-8?B?...?= commonly seen in the wild.
