DD-2224 direct upload to migrated EASY datasets (#240)

# Description of changes
* Corrected upload URLs for direct upload to be compatible with legacy DOIs that are stored with lowercase letters: https://github.com/DANS-KNAW/dataverse/pull/240/changes#diff-efa264e2f7cf6bdf545db1dd62ce5f0ddL1702

Unrelated to issue:

* Copied formatting from develop where it differed from our branch, to minimize diffs with develop.
