Fixed and improved multiple issues with the X11 window implementation.

 - Removed forced centering of windows when they are created (the implementation was broken anyway)
 - Make use of PPosition instead of USPosition when we have to set the fullscreen window position
 - Fixed window properties being completely overwritten when only a single property is changed
 - Added support for setting window group IDs
 - Avoid setting ICCCM properties that the window manager does not advertise as supported
 - Reduce the amount of Atom lookups by caching them at each callsite
 - Added an exception when Style::None is specified to allow the window manager to close, move or minimize the window
 - Added note to sf::Style explaining sf::Style::Close functionality on Unix systems
