feat!: Rename SSE methods and forbid unknown

Rename OnStreamOpen and OnStreamClosed to StreamOpen and StreamClosed
respectively to avoid colliding with the event handlers namespace.
BREAKING: Exported methods on page types that are neither of:
event handler, action, GET, stream callbacks are rejected now.
Helpers can still be defined as unexported methods.
