feat: support git URL with path suffix for init project

- Parse URL format "repo.git/subdir" to extract repository and subdirectory
- Allow initializing from a subdirectory within a git repository
- Update documentation with clear examples of the URL format

Example:
  gx init project --tpl https://github.com/galaxy-sec/prj-tpl.git/rust
