fix: add ipv6_src to LB selection_fields for IPv6 session affinity (#6422)

The OVN LB selection_fields only included ip_src, which is an IPv4-only
field per ovs-fields(7). For IPv6 traffic, ip_src has no value, causing
all IPv6 packets to hash identically. This means session affinity cannot
distinguish different IPv6 clients. Add ipv6_src alongside ip_src so
that both IPv4 and IPv6 session affinity work correctly.
