Refinements for TextToSpeech output (#4706)

* Simplify but improve StarWrapper
* Place B-V output formatting into StelObject
* Add more narration elements
* Simplifications and improvements for Planet and subclasses
* Improve angle narration

* SUG: start describing installation of better voices
- but disable additional info for now.
  Python-based improvements on Linux are possible, but differ by distribution and computing resources. This needs more experience.
