Implement subscriber server and protocol with message parsing and broadcasting (#22)

* Implement subscriber server and protocol with message parsing and broadcasting

* Add websocket port exposure and enhance formatScaled for negative values

* Refactor comments for clarity in subscriber protocol and server

* 📝 Add docstrings to `feat/subscriber-websocket-server`

Docstrings generation was requested by @bountx.

The following files were modified:

* `src/i_exchange_adapter.hpp`
* `src/subscriber_protocol.hpp`
* `src/subscriber_server.hpp`
* `tests/test_subscriber_server.cpp`

These files were kept as they were:
* `src/feed_handler.cpp`
* `src/main.cpp`

These file types are not supported:
* `CMakeLists.txt`
* `Dockerfile`
* `docker-compose.yml`

* Remove unnecessary include of <cstdlib> in subscriber_protocol.hpp

* Fix variable name in client stream handling for clarity

* Enhance documentation and formatting across multiple files for clarity and consistency
